Retired software engineer and a hardware engineer in a previous life, hard lefty (trending anarchosyndicalist) in fact I was pretty much a red diaper kid, interested in (inter alia) art, visual mathematics esp. geometry, photography, abstract film and animation, theoretical biology, complex adaptive systems, SFF.

Physically disabled, mildly neurodivergent (ADD + OCD), pissed off at 5he way people like me are treated in the US where I live.
